My business trip was made comfortable due to the hotel amenities, including a cozy room and a great restaurant with delicious food. the free shuttle service was also appreciated for getting around the area, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the free parking, as it saved me money and hassle.

The location of the hotel, as it was too far from any shopping areas or restaurants. the noise from the busy freeway outside was unbearable and made it difficult to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Scala Magna. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice size TV. The free breakfast was excellent and really filled us up for the day. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to nearby areas, which was very convenient. I'll recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was blown away by the comfort and quality of the services provided. The housekeeping and assistance staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were extremely attentive, kind, and compassionate, ensuring that not a single thing was neglected during my entire stay. They took care of my every need and made sure that I always had clean towels, which was especially important after my surgery. The room itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. I particularly loved the large jacuzzi that offered stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hot water pressure was excellent. I also appreciated the large towels and the effective air conditioning system in the room.

I must say that it was a bit far from the shopping areas and restaurants, making it impossible to walk to these places. However, the hotel does offer a range of services such as room service, grocery shopping, and dining options that more than make up for the inconvenience.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great room service and food, good breakfast choice, helpful reception staff, convenient underground parking, reasonable prices for dining and taxis.

The hotel's location is convenient for quick business stops. it's impossible to walk to any shopping or restaurants, so you'll need to take a taxi. the cozy rooms have helpful amenities such as fast Wi-Fi and easily accessible electrical outlets. the bathroom is neat and clean with ample towels and toiletries. the food at the breakfast buffet is delicious, a nourishing breakfast with many options to choose from.

The parking lot at the basement is quite small and could be challenging to maneuver.

Stayed over Christmas holidays. Enjoyed the Christmas decorations and festivities. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Free airport shuttle and close to major attractions. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet.

Entrance to the hotel is through a dark and unstaffed parking garage. Location next to a busy road causes noise pollution.

The hotel staff was incredibly attentive, taking care of all my needs throughout my stay. They made sure my room was always clean and stocked with fresh towels, and the breakfast choices were great. Although the hotel may not be within walking distance of any shopping or restaurants, transportation was easily accessible, with taxis available to take me anywhere I needed to go. Additionally, the location was close to some interesting neighborhoods and parks, providing plenty of opportunities to explore all this city has to offer.
